What is it? It is a comprehensive compilation of information about companies and organizations, private and public, active in the Solar PV sector in the EU New Member States, Greece, Turkey, Russia and the other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine). It also presents an opportunity for companies and organizations from countries outside the region in question to be represented in the Guide, in the special section “Looking for Partners in Rising Opportunities Countries”.
Thus, the Guide consists of five main sections:
1. Solar PV actors in EU New Member States
2. Solar PV actors in Greece
3. Solar PV actors in Turkey
4. Solar PV actors in Russia and other CIS countries
5. Looking for partners in Rising Opportunities Countries (for companies and organizations outside the covered region)
Second updated edition of the Guide. We are still receiving requests from companies and organizations to be included in the Guide. Because we believe that the more inclusive a guide like this is, the more useful it will be for everybody, we have decided to launch a second, extended and updated edition of the Guide in September 2009.
Help us complete the Guide! While we have done our very best to try to cover as many relevant actors a possible, and to provide as accurate information as possible, we are sure that there are many ways in which the Guide could be further improved. Therefore, we are most grateful for your assistance in enhancing and completing the Guide:
